At ipipe, we are revolutionizing the industry by combining advanced material recycling with innovative product design and smart packaging solutions. By recycling low-value polymer fractions that previously had no recycling value, we create electrical conduits with 65–80% recycled material – without compromising on quality or function.

Three layers – a core of sustainability

ipipe's flexible electrical conduits in the iFlow Pro series are constructed in three layers: an inner core of recycled PCR material from beverage packaging, a middle layer with a low-friction layer and optimized nano surface, and an outer color-coded protective layer for wear resistance and identification. Together, this construction provides an electrical conduit that is easy to pull, durable over time, and developed to meet both technical requirements and climate challenges.

Each conduit is manufactured using 65-80% PCR material derived from recycled food and beverage packaging. This ensures high performance and low environmental impact without compromising product quality.

≥90% recycled steel in the iCover cable protection system
All components in the iCover system contain at least 90% recycled steel and are surface-treated with Magnelis® for long service life and a documented low climate footprint.

<1% material waste and 100% renewable energy in production
All our production takes place in Sweden using renewable energy and with less than 1% material waste. We recover heat and use no fresh water – for maximum resource efficiency.
